Oscar Di Domenico graduated from the Faculty of Architecture in Pescara, with a thesis on "REUSE" in Vicenza, an integrated system of services for the scientific and technological park. He is registered with the Order of Architects of Teramo, number 548, and on the professional register of Architects in the UK, Part 2 of the Register arb Architects Registration Board, the official UK Register of Architects.
Today, he is the owner of architectural studios founded in 2003 in Abruzzo (Oscar Di Domenico Architetto) and in the Marche region (ODD & partners architects) in 2008 (Civitanova Marche) and 2022 (Ancona).
In 2015, he made himself available to take on the role of Licence Partner and Office Manager at ENGEL & VÖLKERS • Civitanova Marche, and in 2020, he signed another agreement with the parent company in Hamburg as Licence Partner and Office Manager at ENGEL & VÖLKERS • Ancona.
DR. CHIARA SANDRONI
Chiara Sandroni studied Civil Engineering and Architecture at Alma Mater Studiorum in Bologna. She graduated in 2013 with a study on historical building aggregates as a knowledge base for the preservation of existing architectural heritage.
In 2014, she moved to London, where she participated in a volunteer project for the construction of a hospital in Pakistan. Since January 2016, she has been collaborating with the ODD & Partners Architects studio, primarily engaged in architectural design.

GEOM. LUCA RASTELLI
Luca Rastelli graduated from the "G. Galilei" Technical Institute for Surveyors in Fermo in 1994. After obtaining his professional qualification and registering with the Professional Association of Surveyors in Fermo, he collaborated with engineering and architectural firms, working in the field of Public and Private Construction within the Province of Fermo.
His activities included 2D design, 3D modeling, site safety management, construction accounting, land surveys, cadastral practices, and property valuations. Since 2017, he has been working as a Technical Consultant, collaborating with ODD & Partners Architects studio.

Marzia Fornari graduated in Architecture in 2013 from the faculty of Ascoli Piceno, with a project focused on the seismic and energy retrofitting of reinforced concrete buildings from the 1970s. After obtaining her professional qualification in Architecture, she specialized in the field of architectural design, working abroad, first in China and then in the United Kingdom.
Since 2018 , she has been collaborating with ODD & Partners Architects studio, primarily engaged in architectural design.

DR. GAIA LIVIA

She has nearly 20 years of professional experience during which she has grown as a manager within small, medium, and large companies.
Her business and interpersonal skills have consistently led her to take on roles of responsibility, managing sales teams and reorganizing human resources, resulting in the achievement of ambitious and significant objectives.
Thanks to her experiences of living abroad since childhood, she has developed a multicultural perspective of the world and life in general.
